The past few years have been a whirlwind. I never in my wildest imagination would have thought that I would be leading workshops, traveling the country to give presentations to other photographers, or that I would have my photos published in magazines. I’ve been so blessed, and I am truly thankful for all of the opportunities that God has seemed to drop in my lap. So as you may already know, I’m one-half of the “Boudoir Diva” team… and my business partner Marissa Boucher & I are 2 very lucky gals. Friends, business partners, and living a dream… we are able to 1) Do what we love, 2) Help ALL women feel beautiful just as they are, 3) Meet wonderful photographers & teach them all about boudoir photography, and lastly, 4) Just one word: PARIS! :)

I’ve always tried to keep this blog separate from all things “Diva”-related (this blog is for my lifestyle work, travel photography, and more than anything, just a personal journal)… but, today, I wanted to bring a little Divaliciousness over here. The Boudoir Divas is a brand that I have poured my heart into for 2+ years. Together, Marissa & I have written 2 books, traveled all over to speak about boudoir photography, and we’ve really worked hard to give boudoir a ‘facelift’. And I have to say that after all of our hard work, it is just SOOO exciting to see that boudoir photography is finally getting the attention it deserves. One example: the current issue of Professional Photographer magazine has a sweet article featuring The Divas! It’s always surreal to receive a magazine that has arrived in the mail, open it, and see some of your images inside… I just don’t think I’ll ever get over the excitement of that moment! :) Here’s a glimpse of the magazine article… Click here to view it online!
